Nice hotel with great lounge and bar. Small but comfortable room. Great location; especially for the Christmas market and only 10 minutes walk from the station. Did a great day trip to Monschau from here.

Hotel is fine and in a good location. Check in can be long depnding in what time you get there. Lower floor was a litte noisy due to proximity to road outside. Genrally good though.

Great location for exploring old town. Can't praise this hotel enough. Best stay I have had anywhere in 30 years of travel.

Clean and comfortabe. Conveniently located in Aachen city centre with a wide selection of shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was an additional 16,90 €, which I did not try. Really enjoyed my stay at Motel One Aachen, and would gladly return here or another Motel One location.

we stayed now for the 3 time at this hotel. great hotel.
cleaners did only mis a dirty sock from previus people that stayed in the room.

Tight, cozy room, but modern, neat and clean. Perfectly quiet and dark throughout the night. Cool, hip public areas. Warm, friendly staff. Continently located. Walkable to train station, historic sites, and thermal spa.

The hotel itself is quite average, but the location is fantastic. It’s situated in a vibrant area with plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance. While the hotel amenities are basic, the convenience and quality of the surrounding eateries make up for it. Overall, a decent place to stay if you prioritize location and dining options.
However, keep in mind that essential items like a dental kit and room slippers are not provided.

The hotel was clean and comfortable in a pleasant part of the city, a short walk to many historic areas. The staff were helpful and friendly. However, there was no kettle in the room and although my travelling companion said this was becoming more frequent in Europe, i was a bit disappointed; an Englishwoman MUST have her tea!

The location, on the edge of the historic city, was perfect. Easily walkable to everything. Beautiful lobby/restaurant. Rooms are somewhat small, but practical storage areas & room for hanging some clothes. Beds very comfortable. Be aware that there is no coffee maker, water or glasses in the room.

10 out of 10 experience. The hotel is an easy walk from the train station and a few blocks away from the old town. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is well-kept and stylish. Great staff at the front desk as well as the lounge bar area. Rooms are well-appointed, comfortable and clean. Would have loved to have a kettle in the room for a cup of tea, but you can get hot water at the lobby lounge easily. Highly recommended.

We stayed in several hotels throughout our trip through Europe, and Motel One Aachan was by far my favorite!! It was so clean, conveniently located to the town centre and local transportation, and the front desk clerk spoke perfect English, which was very much appreciated! The beds were incredibly comfortable too!

Motel One was fantastic, we loved our stay here. Room was modern and comfortable. Fantastic location in Aachen within an easy walk to the cathedral and right down the street are multiple bus stops - super convenient!!
