The property it’s Ok, it is convenient for us because we are going south and we only stay one night, they offer breakfast but honestly we prefer eat somewhere else they need to improve their food it wasn’t attractive at all, Thanks.

Overall good stay, clean and pools was well maintained. One area opportunity would be the gym, it does require maintenance, several workout equipment was out of order.

The room had a musty smell. The carpet was dirty with clorox stains everywhere. The hall ways smelled horrible. Went to check on my inlaws on 2nd floor it smelled horrible. Would not stay again or recommend. Was not worth my $340 i payed.

Was seemingly given a Handicapped room by mistake as I didn’t request one. I thought maybe it was an “only room available” situation at first when I arrived, but that would be odd since I reserved my room a few weeks in advance. Bed was comfortable. Room was extremely echo-heavy however and the AC stopped functioning properly a few days in and wouldn’t stop blasting the coldest air temp. Maintenance was helpful and checked it out, but couldn’t find what caused it or make it stop. I had to cover the AC’s vents with towels just to stop the cold from filling the room. Shower curtain is not a proper material and does not prevent water from getting all over the bathroom. Power went out multiple times throughout my stay as well.

Gheto AF-Quinta! Pubes in the bathroom! Very moldy! We had to purchase our own Draino Mold & Mildew remover. Tub is very unsafe! They need in-tub shower mats. I fell. The staff was so rude & disreapectful that I didn't dare ask for an incident report. Someone tried getting into our room a couple of nights. Loud people in the hallway with loud barking dogs. Dried blood on the curtains! Thread-bare towels. Dirty towels under bathroom vanity. Phone & remote disgusting! Entire room & bathroom shelves needed dusted. Between beds & nightstand smelled like cat urine. I will never stay at any LaQuinta, again!

I recently stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. My first impression was both on the phone before and in person at check in by an older front desk woman Kelly. At first she seemed a bit short and not too friendly, but she warmed up with time. Later in the evening, when there was an issue with my payment through Expedia, the girl who helped me had a bilevel haircut, I didn’t get her name, but she was very helpful, impatient and made sure that I was able to check in through this stress. I was grateful for her help. Through my stay the front desk, people and the housekeeping people were overall great and accommodating, except when it came to trying to extend my stay after the sixth night. I understand they were overwhelmed by a storm and a full hotel for the past three days but with all that given, I feel they could have done more to accommodate my request. They simply said they weren’t allowed to extend anybody’s stay and check back later, etc. I did find a few rooms were available when I got online, However, the room price had more than tripled in price for the evenings following my six nights . that left a bad taste in our mouth and we felt they could’ve helped us extend our stay in honored a price closer to what we had paid.So we checked out Ireally enjoyed using the pool and hot tub and it was great but I felt they could have cleaned it a little more often and that area (fence) needed upkeep. Housekeeping was great! Coffee could be better if made throughout day. Overall good

Room odor - smelled like wet dog. Had to spray deodorant to mask smell and only worked for few minutes.
