Everyone should stay here!! Every room is unique and beautifully renovated. The family that owns this property takes such good care of it and treats you like you are family too. Looking forward to going back again sometime.

Quaint lodging right off highway. Very quiet and clean. Almost fees like a bed and breakfast but you are in your own space. The Chromecast was an added bonus for optional viewing.

Clean, cozy hotel near to east gate of Kootenay Park, walkable distance to restaurants.

Donna was very helpful and we felt very welcome. Breakfast was great. Pride of ownership showed through.

Love Donna and Tony. They’re the best host. We had only stayed for 1 night but we enjoyed it very much. The property was nice, room was very clean. We had the best breakfast with Donna’s waffles. So fresh, fluffy and yummy. She made and served them to us herself. They also gave you towels for the hot spring. Overall, great experience and I definitely come back.

We really wanted a local feel and cozy room and we got it! The bed was so comfortable and tony and the rest of the staff ( and doggies) were so welcoming. We will be back for sure!!!!

This hotel was pretty good, I would say excellent, until we had one staff knock on our door (possibly owner, hi did not introduce himself and it was not an official, rather more like criticism from the teacher with a bad student who doesn’t behave well at school). He said that we made way too much noise that people underneath had complained about it. 1. We did not make any noise. 2. It was my birthday trip and I chose this place to stay at, as it looked nice, with good reviews, and instead of wishing me happy birthday I’ll remember this negative feeling about this place now with the complaint. 3. Everyone has their side of the story. My wife and I believe that the guest from room underneath were unreasonable with their expectations regarding the noise. 4. Besides unreasonable expectations of the neighbors, there is also a high possibility for poor soundproofing of the room floors, like what happens in many hotels that we travel around the world. And we travel at least once a month to different destinations in the world. Overall this very good place with 5 stars review, became just 3 stars from me. I wanted to give them only 1 star, being angry that they made me feel stupid and unwelcome after complaint of other unreasonable people. I work in service industry and my clients always feel welcome and my hospitality is my top priority to be able to make my clients happy. The celadon lodge is nice but I think it’s a bit overpriced. Probably very competitive with all the other places that it neighbors and a sign of the times but that was my only gripe. Tony, the owner, is a very nice guy and he and his wife do a great job keeping the place clean and making guests welcome. I think anybody would be hard pressed to find another hotel where you’re treated as a real house guest

Absolutely wonderful lodge. All new and so clean. Staff are great! Will definitely stay again sometime.
