I have stayed here a few times before and this is a great value choice for an overnight stay when we are travelling to America. Will stay here again.

For a "motel" far better than I expected. It's attached to Ramada so it is a good place.

I’ve stayed at this motel multiple times and usually had no complaints. The breakfast is great for a motel, and the staff has generally been helpful. However, my most recent stay was disappointing. I noticed a strong sewer smell in my room that lasted throughout the day, and when I asked for help from the front desk, the staff seemed annoyed and didn’t offer a real solution other than moving me to a smoking room. The next morning, I was able to move back to a non-smoking room, which was a relief.
Later that night, the power in my room went out (except for the air conditioning and alarm clock) after using the microwave. The front desk informed me that maintenance had left for the day and she couldn’t fix the issue or even access the breaker. I spent the entire night without power, and there was no follow-up or apology the next morning when the power finally came back on.
I was really disappointed with how the situation was handled and expected better customer service. Hopefully, this was just an off experience, but I feel like this could have been managed better.

The receptionist was rude, it was quite hard to find the intake office which is actually another hotel all together. And it's a motel that will not take a cash deposit, debit or any type of payment besides a credit card.

Convenient and easy to find. The fine print on the booking about checking in at the Ramada was missed, but quickly figured out.

The best part of the stay is the breakfast and the very friendly lady who was taking care of the area.
The check in process was a bit slow considering there were no other guests aside from us. We did a very late check in and one would think that they would be ready for us. The light switch was connected with the fan so everytime you turn the lights on this loud fan would be on which is a bit iritating.

Under both beds in my room had lots of garbage(potato chip bag full of a can & other garbage, bed skirts were dripping of dry stains, fridge didn't work, no place to plug in coffee maker & lamp,provided, 2nd night, lost my parking spot provided with the room as a large truck with a long cargo trailer parked across 5 spots, with the owners up & talking in front of my door starting at 5am until I checked out. The manager did not acknowledge these issues & did not apologize for inconveniences, nor would they compensate any refund.

Staff were friendly and accomodating. The accomodations were dated but serviceable. I stayed in the motel section and the rooms were classed as pet friendly. The room was musty smelling.
Location was convenient and walkable to Henderson Lake and restaurants.
Parking was plenty.

We were able to check in a bit early as we had a 2 month old baby with us, that needed to be out of the carseat. Thank you it was much appreciated

Didn't expect much for the price, but the rooms were "smoking" which I wasn't aware of, and the smell was horrendous. I could not sleep in there. But the staff at their sister hotel next door at least gave me a discount to upgrade to the tower building at a discount. Chinook Motel is the epitome of what you think of with the word "motel".

I was worried the commercial car wash in front of my room would be noisy, but no, it was actually very quiet once inside the room.
I was pleasantly surprised.

It served its purpose while we were in Lethbridge. It was clean with a bed. The included breakfast was nice. All of the staff were very polite and friendly. The motel is definitely very dated though.
