The place is under construction. None of that was relayed prior to. Our shower rod was coming out of the walls. They are not serving breakfast during construction period.

When I arrived, they said that the name that I was under was already there for about 10-15 minutes and found out that somebody Middle name was my first name and that’s how the confusion happened So they had to give me a whole different room

The hotel was in the middle of major construction. The lobby was filthy the breakfast buffet advertised as a highlight consisted of 3 types of prepackaged bars along with coffee and hot water dispensers. Free WiFi was not available throughout our stay until we complained for about the 6th time on our last night, then we were provided with an access code. The exercise room was also unavailable. The hotel has possibilities but current conditions and customer service are unacceptable.

Hotel was clean and nice. They don’t really provide breakfast, just coffee. That was a little take away, we came into town not expecting to worry about breakfast but that turned out to not be the case. For the price and quality they should include breakfast.

The mattress had blood stains on it. I’ve been in third world countries and stayed in better accommodations. Literally the worst hotel I’ve been it. Upon arrival, there was someone asleep in the lobby and no one around to check us in. After calling the number listed twice and ringing the bell multiple times, someone finally came to check us in. We had already paid and they tried to get us to pay again. After finally getting checked in, we made our way to our room. One half of the place was blocked off and under construction. The whole place stunk, the carpets were disgusting, and the bed was super lumpy. We didn’t make it 5 minutes before leaving to go somewhere else.

I think it’s a bit outdated and hopefully with the new remodel it will be way better. But as of now, I can’t get over the smell of the building. The room felt dirty.

Property remodel was subpar, the carpet was dingy and ripped in places. Paint and caulking was ragedy. Ceiling tiles were missing. The breakfast was ok and the staff were very friendly and attentive.
