I travel 10 times a year for Cardinals football. I always check this hotel first to see if it fits in my budget. So comfortable and convenient. The staff is welcoming and surprisingly I see some of them year after year. That says a lot about the culture. The other guests are a delight, which is a bonus.

The staff was fantastic & accommodating, especially front desk manager Antoinette. However, the hotel itself is really showing its age & could use a major refresh.
The walls/floors in our suite had numerous stains, the furniture was chipped up, the couch was completely sunken in the middle, the laminate flooring was puckering like from water damage, and the bathroom tile grout was brown & crumbling.
It still wasn't the worst place we've ever stayed, but we expected better for the price & with the Hilton name attached.

The girls at check in and out were awesome! Easiest not stressfull hotel to deal with, also we had a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen, all 4 kids and mu husband and myself had so much room. The BEDS WERE INCREDIBLE!

We have stayed at this Homewood Suites 3 years in a row, and each stay has been great! Miss Antoinette at the front desk is awesome. She remembers us every time we stay there.

Everything about the stay was wonderful from the continental breakfast to the staff. The breakfast was different every morning and good. Beds were very comfortable.
There only negative I have to say about our stay was the nail poking out of a chair. Other than that, we will definitely stay here again.

There were several things that brought the rating down. There was 3 loose bathroom tiles in our room. The shower was pretty weak. AC in the bedroom part wasn't working properly. Every morning received a wake up call despite asking for no wake up call, was told they would replace the phone but never did. The breakfast offered seemed pretty lackluster at best. The pictures make it look much better than it is. Limited options. Overall I'm sure this was a nice hotel circa 2000, but doesn't seem to be updated or refreshed since then. It was a bad price, but I would stay elsewhere the next time I visit the area.

It was quick access off I-10 driving from Sky Harbor Airport. Although we did not get to enjoy some amenities, breakfast selection was great. Quiet and clean hotel.
