Hotel needs major upgrade. Although the room was clean, it needs TLC. Shower was not draining well. Also, pool needs to be upgraded and better maintained. I will say that the breakfast room was well maintained and the continental breakfast was good.

it’s not how it looks on website it’s old & run down spiders in bathroom tiles & sheets had yellow stains dust was all over nightstands door was pried open & they don’t won’t to refund $ had to go stay at casino

No cold water to make shower tolerable. Very hot for first couple of minutes and then hot gradually cooled until cold. Never experienced anything like that before. “Free” internet was not functional.

I got there to check in and there was a bar with drunk people at 5pm. Then, we tried to go to our room but the keys didn't work. The receptionist tried to fix 4 times. I gave up and asked for the refund because I was hot and my son was hungry and tired.and we just went somewhere!!

the front staff lady was very nice to us. but he room smell like humidity and we saw a couple of roaches in the room , won't be staying here again,, carpet was dirty.

Personally, I had a wonderful experience with booking, and from check-in to check-out.
Staff were nice and accommodating, room was clean, affordable. I would definitely stay here again.

The only complaint would be that they didn’t clean the room the entire stay. Even if all they would have done was throw the trash from the cans and bring clean towels. I would have been fine with that but they didn’t.

The room was freshly renovated and clean, the bed was a very comfortable with lots of pillows, the shower was amazing, the water stayed hot and the pressure was great. They have a nice pool and the staff was all very friendly. Overall a great experience and I will stay there again.

Front desk staff was pleasant. Upon checking in the staff needs to let you know where the breakfast room is and the times. I went to the room to check it out and was not happy with the damage in the room. The room was clean. Damage on every wall. I went back to the front desk to let them know. I told them I did not want to be charged for any damages. They didn’t go to the room and check it out. They said I wouldn’t be charged for any damage. I was not offered another room.
