Truly a gem in Munich. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. The front desk helped us book a taxi to the airport for a very early flight (which unfortunately waa canceled) and then helped to find alternatives for when we were rebooked on a later flight. We were able to do laundry (for a small fee) and store our luggage. The honesty cafe upstairs was a great bonus stocked with many options for purchase and a lovely sitting area. Could not recommend this hotel highly enough!

The room was fine. We were not feeling well and it was rainy and cold for the 3 days we were there. So we stayed in the room most of the time. So many Arab ethnic shops and food stores in the area. We were hoping for more of a "German" experience.

Lovely space with a good price. The only comment is that there was a bit of a smell when we first walked into the apartment.

The size of the room and location was good. The reception staff was not as helpful when asked for assistance with booking an additional night, they were quite rude.
