Worse than the Red Roof Inn in Montgomery. Not breakfast, not even coffee. Drop these operators before they affect Expedia.

The front desk attendant when I first checked in was very nice and when I needed to switch rooms due to the first one not being clean he didn’t complain or try to argue with me. The second room I was assigned wasnt dirty but could’ve definitely used some TLC! the towels were dirty..not just stained but dirty. Thankfully I always bring my own towels! The sheets smelled dirty and were covered in brownish stains. But overall it’s not a horrible place to stay… it’s a hit or miss with this place. I’ve stayed in rooms at this location several times that were absolutely spotless and the some that were not so much.. but they always switch rooms if there is a problem! The owners are nice from my experience.

A video of the bed bugs was shown to her. She acted as if it was not important. I will never stay at this again. When I asked about a manager, she stated that he comes in around 9am.

Looks like they are remodeling but have a ways to go. The linens show their age and since the pillows were so thin, we asked for more (only 2 in the room) but were told they don’t have any extras.

Pool was closed, we were looking forward to a swim after working due to our trip was for work. NO HOT WATER in the shower.

Appreciate the pet-friendly policy, availability on short, late notice. Amenities plain, bare bones, in fair/good condition. Room received was quite dirty: sticky drinks residue on more than one surface, several dusty areas, hard covered floor grimy & gritty, tub/shower had weeks-old residue build-up from top to bottom. Frustrating to have bathroom light & fan on single switch.

The Hotel has potential yet the Hotel wreaks of smoke smog smell. The pungent smell is in the curtains, in the sheets, in the pillows. The pillow cases were dirty with brown stains everywhere. The comforter on the beds had cigarette burns in them. I wiped down and sanitized everything and on my wipes, it was brown. The doors and sink has stains in them. No breakfast only coffee but being honest I wouldn’t eat a thing that were to be cooked here. They allow the guest to smoke undoubtedly on every floor yet they say their third floor is for smoking. The smoke smell is so loud it makes you want to vomit and also Mary Jane is floating throughout the entire hotel. You can smell it everywhere in there. I know they need guests yet the smoke filled air is horrible. The housekeepers though are super sweet and welcoming and helpful. Be Mindful. Motel 6 this is a poor representation for you :(

The property is run down. Linens on the bed were stained. Towels were stained and had a horrible smell. Water pressure in the shower and the sink was horrible. Took 20 minutes to rinse my hair completely. Hallways smelled like cigarettes, and weed. For two people in the room they had one pillow.
