Excellent, luxury hotel. Super helpful and friendly staff. Large room with mini fridge. Poorly designed bathroom. Impossible to take a shower without flooding the floor. A simple longer shower curtain that reaches all the way around three sides of the tub would fix the problem. Perfect location about 12 minute walk to central bus station for trip to airport and Dubai. Local bus no. 24 stops at corner and runs to the Grand Mosque in one direction and to the Marina mall in the other. Must pay by tap card which can be purchased ONLY by cash at a machine at the bus station, for example. There are restaurants and a grocery store at a very short walk from the hotel and a pedestrian tunnel to cross the main road.

There is a nightclub on the top floor and we could hear the loud sound two floors below. The staff were kind to move us to the lower floors.

The staff in the hotel are very nice and helpful at all times. The hotel does have a club on the 14th floor and the 15th floor. You can hear the bass of the club all the way in your room every night until 4 am which is when they close. It is so hard to get a good night sleep. You are basically almost in the club while you are in the room trying to sleep.

You can hear the bass through your room all the way until 4 am which is when they close. This is so disturbing and makes it so hard to sleep. The rooms are fantastic for the price point but those clubs make it very tough to sleep with the bass playing through your room.
