The bathroom had a curtain instead of a door (the bottom was about 8” above the floor). The bathroom floor is a level, open space, with only a shower curtain (that also doesn’t reach the floor), so it is difficult to keep the water from spreading across the floor. The transition from the bathroom to the bedroom is slightly pitched downward. The Blackout curtain did not close all the way, allowing a 1/2” sliver of sunrise to pour into the room (Southeast facing).

Heck in was horrible. They had a new person who said no to every question I asked because she had no clue. There is no amenities, no lobby, construction nearby making it very difficult to get a rideshare. The first room AC was horrible and the bed did not even fit properly on the frame. Bathroom door gets stuck and closes so hard you cannot get out of it.

Love this property stayed 3 night wonderful staff from front desk, housekeeping, room is beautiful, clean, thanks for upgrade to Manhattan views. I enjoyed it so much I'll be back tomorrow. See you soon!

Well, the first room we got didn't have a door on the bathroom - it had a curtain. It was a unit with 2 full beds, so you would assume that at least 2 people would stay in the room, making it an uncomfortable situation. I did tell the front desk that we needed a room with a bathroom door, and they did accommodate and remedy the situation by switching me to a room with a bathroom door.
One of the lights wasn't working so I rearranged some of the lights to get it right.
The lobby and elevator need an upgrade. The lobby is small, and the sofas are old and cheap. There is only 1 person manning the front desk. I didn't realize this when I booked - and I prefer an more secure situation with at least a couple of people at the front desk overnight.
The Uber situation is interesting. You can pull into the parking lot, but you have to go into reverse and back out to get out of the parking lot. So the Uber guys know this and you'll need to walk your suitcases to and from the front door from about 30 feet away to the street because they don't want to deal with this car situation.
On the better side of things... the room itself is clean, and the air conditioning works well. The front desk was friendly enough and accommodating.

The staff was great and very very helpful, a spacious nice clean room
The only real negative is it's next to aU-Haul factory or something, but a very nice view of the Brooklyn skyline., but only one block away is one of the great neighborhoods of the United States Park slope wow is that a beautiful place.

This front desk agent refused to change my room when I told him the AC wasn't working properly..
He changed his name 2xson purpose and attended other guest instead of further assisting me.
He said the hotel was at its capacity yet he continued to check in people without a problem.
I will be following up with expedia for a refund, i slept in a warm room due to the negligence of the front desk agent.
They didn't even have the proper tools to operate the front desk, the printer wasn't working properly and till they turned it on and off.
I've stayed in this property before when they first opened and never faced this issue.
This hotel used to be one of my favorites but I see now that the service has dropped immensely.
