The service was excellent - staff were friendly and they let us check in super early, which was really appreciated. They also helped us with an iron when requested. The location is great! The room is small but comfortable. Our shower was not good. It was either burning (like scolding hot) or cold.

I was in Geneva for two days of meetings. The hotel is conveniently located (with close access to the lake, tram, bus and train connections). Very friendly staff.

The rooms are spacious and clean with daily cleaning. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Enjoyed our stay.

Good location in walking distance from the railway station. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. I would have been happy with using the same towels for the whole week - not very environmentally friendly to exchange them every day.

Although advertised as having A/C available, it is barely noticeable once the heat hits Geneva. The shower cabin is extremely tight and is growing mould in some areas. The doors to the shower permit water to run through, posing a safety hazard when you exit for newcomers, which explains why most of the towels provided were used to dry the floor and to prevent accidents instead of keeping them clean for us. The existing mini fridge doesn't keep anything cold. Additionally, there is no iron or ironing board, which is necessary for tourists. Although the hotel itself was underwhelming for the price, the staff (receptionist) was excellent and very helpful in regards to making our stay as comfortable as it could have been.

The rooms are large and well maintained. Everything works well. The only drawback is that after 11 pm there is nobody at the reception. So be careful as to not lose your rooms keys, otherwise all good!

The price was very very high for a small room. Especially when you come late night and leave early morning and the price paid is for 20 hours min (considering their check in and check out timings). Reception agreed to stay till I check in after 11pm - very happy with her for agreeing to this. Irrespective the cost is not at all in sync with the time. Breakfast did not have much options. Especially for Vegetarians.
