Comfortable and kind, it was a great staff and location. Could be a little more clean and the thermostat was locked higher than our comfort, but the place itself was a joy overall and I will recommend another stay!

the lift is always not functioning , need to carry heavy luggage upstairs and downstairs, terrible experience.

Nice hotel not so far from city center and from train station. The problems are: the toilet don't have a fan; I suggest to fix some hooks for dresses in the wall near the door so when you enter in the room you have some space to hang the coat or similar

I really liked to be at this property close to the center of the city and close to the train station. I like the breakfast and the room was clean and comfortable.

I thought this was a very pleasant stay. My room was very spacious, clean, well-equipped and with adequate air conditioning. The shower was clean with strong water pressure and the bed was comfortable. Nice receptionist too and the 24h reception is very useful. Less than 10 minutes’ walk from the train station and about 15 to the old town, which is fabulous!

We stayed at the hotel for one night, we arrived one hour to early for check-in, but this was no problem🙂
The staff were super friendly and helpful.
The bed was a bit to hard according to my wife. Nice walking distance to the city center.
All in all a very pleasant stay

The staff are kind and supportive, but the back rooms are cramped and have a sad ambiance, although they are clean. Rooms are not like what you see in the pictures.
