This hotel is under construction. It is dirty. Floors were filthy. The dresser drawers wouldn’t shut. The drain on the bathtub was broken. The fireplace was nonfunctional. Overall, it was terrible.

It was ok my bathroom wasn’t too clean but overall was great stay!

Old beds uncomfortable. Going through updates. Expected better. Breakfast was not good at all.

Had construction happening on the first floor. Guest did not know how to get around the construction.

Staying with a friend who came with another, there is a sleeper sofa, no problem right? Well while gone to the store, they were rained on by the sprinkler system. I come back to a room that is soaked, hallway and the other rooms were being given a new room. Myself and my guests were told to leave in five minutes. No calls or correspondence with me about anything then following day. But a charge on my card that exceeds the deposit amount. $250 is a typical deposit on a room. 400$ is what is being expected of me. Which is reasonab. I understand damages. Why didnt they turn off the water, it keep running. There was a puddle 50 ft of hallway and about an inch or two deep. Thats much for one rooms sprinkler. I am disappointed at the properties inability to accommodate us in another room. I had to sleep in my car, pleasant. However the property management was very kind to let me in the room to see. And double check for my missing hygiene products. One would think there is property insurance This is affecting multiple rooms and appears it could be old plumbing, and new mixed. guest whos been there for a while, stateing that there has been plumbing concerns in the whole building. I would think that any charges would be determined by an insurance adjuster, and corporate. Because when you expect a deposit to be only 250 max 350. Thats for smoking in a room typically. I look forward to seeing how this works out. I am shocked still that this really happened.
