We chose the hotel mostly because of the parking available. When we arrived they told us the maximum height was 170cm (which our car exceeded by 4cm).
We think this should be clearly stated in their website.
The hotel is pretty new, but one can start noticing maintenance details, which should be watched as time passes.

The breakfast buffet is ok, but not great. For the price/qualyity relation I would not recommend it

I had a good stay at Vienna House. The hotel convinced me because the price-performance ratio is good and the common areas are great. Unfortunately, the rooms are not so well equipped: there is no ventilation in the bathroom, the mattresses are worn out, the windows are not cleaned and the TV program is very limited. Nevertheless, I liked it here because the rooms are spacious: Closet, armchair and table. The breakfast is very good and the staff friendly and helpful.

It is a very nice hotel with kind personal. To come by car is easy with a parkinggarage beneath the hotel. The center of Osnabruck is only a few streets away.

Nice and clean with easy access. Spacious room in very good condition. Public parking close by with AC-charger. Friendly and helpful staff. Don’t make the mistake a go to the other Vienna House in the city.
