This is the worse Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed in. Our room was musty smelling and unclean. The bathroom was awful!! Mold in the shower. The shower head didn’t work, it wouldn’t stay on the holder so you have to continuously hold it. We will never stay at this hotel again!

I had a medical procedure with an early start time and we decided to stay in town. This Holiday Inn is a hidden gem. It's comfortable and has a wonderful breakfast. It's on the main Tyler Loop road 323 and quite easy to find. Lots of nice restaurants and shopping nearby too for those staying for a few days.

The hotel is located in a centralized location from shopping and restaurants. The stay was ok, but the hotel could use some updating. The ice machine on the floor did not work and we could hear a weird noise in the bathroom all night.

Woke up to a large puddle of saturated carpet around the window/AC unit near electrical plugs and equipment. Toilet struggled to flush. Found a cockroach in second bed as I was preparing to leave. The first time I stayed in this hotel it was immaculate, this time was terrible. I won’t be booking in this hotel again for my monthly business trips to Tyler.

The girl said it had been out of order for over a year. Asked to be switched to another room with a working tub and she said there were none available. It was great I’m thankful for them understanding I suffer with back pain and giving me a convenient room so i wouldn’t have to walk a long hall to leave .the food was great.by far the best breakfast I’ve ever had at any hotel I stayed
