When we arrived, off the front desk area, there was a water leak from the ceiling by the elevator that got worse. Staff was nice but slow. Then they didn't check on us to empty the garage or see if we needed toilet paper or towels. I called the front desk and nobody answered. Then I waited and called back and asked for toilet paper and 2 towels. She was polite and asked if I could come get them. I did but when I arrived at the desk, nobody was there. It turns out, she was getting the supplies. I didn't know that she was getting the supplies and had to wait about 5-10 minutes with nobody at the desk to help. They should have more staff. On a better note, the beds were comfy and the breakfast was good. They had eggs and sausage, waffles, pastries, fruits, yogurt, cereal, juice and coffee. We enjoyed the food consumed.

Walls are paper thin. Could hear every conversation in the room next to us along with everything on the TV. The “cable” that they have included weird channels & we were not able to get NBC at all and we re unfortunately not able to watch the Olympics. The tub in our room looked like it was a bad crime scene clean up, but was most likely stained that way from lack of scrubbing efforts. Neither of us wanted to try it out. The sheets were clean, room vacuumed and the sink and toilet were cleaned. They must not look at any of the other surfaces in the bathroom because there was a round “M” sticker on the wall from a previous renters new shirt. The room was supposed to be a handicap accessible. It had a lower peephole and lock for the door. But the accessibility for the shower was a plastic shower chair with lots of holes in it that I had no idea when was last cleaned.

The extra bedding looked like it wasn’t really washed well (if it was washed at all) because there was still hair on it. Overall, it was ok, not really that good, but it was ok.

Really nice stay for our one night stay over! So many choices for hotels in the area so you have a wide variety to choose from but Choice Hotels have been notoriously a step above! The room was spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It was quiet for the most part, and access to food, entertainment and really quick access to the interstate. Would stay here again everytime

I was excited about staying at the hotel because I travel a lot and stay in many Comforts suites and always had excellent service and very clean accommodates. My reason for staying at this particular location I was there to attend the funeral of my brother. When arrive we checked in dropped our bags off in the room and when to see local family for dinner. We returned that night to the hotel about 12pm tired from the long 17-hour drive from Houston Texas ready for a shower and bed. When we went to enter our room which was a handicap accessible room the card would not open the door. That was not problem things happen no big deal the front desk clerk redid the card, and we were able to enter the room. After showering we proceeded to turn down the bed and found that the sheets were soiled with seamen, so I took pictures went down to the front desk to alert the desk clerk of my findings and to my surprise I was spoken to as if I soiled the sheets myself. The young lady night clerk ask why I am I reporting it now. I explained that I just return to the hotel from being out to dinner. She never apologized or said she was sorry for the condition of the room I felt that customer service just went out the window. The night before my brother's funeral we were locked out again and they could not find the master key. the door was open at 12:30 the funeral was at 2pm we were late. I should for a room I didn't stay in I'm not happy and will never stay with Comfort Suites again.

The floors were dirty throughout the hotel, the AC was filthy and the air smelled like cat pee when it would turn on. The entire hotel smelled terribly of chlorine

When we arrived, we were tild the room was clean but there were no towels yet. We said thats fine. Went up to the room, dirty towels in the bathroom, makeup all over the hair dryer, loose tile in the bathroom floor, the previous occupents keys were still in the room with some.crumpled up paper on the desk. Other then that, linens were clean. We were just there to sleep and wede running around during the day.

The shower didn’t work in one of our rooms and the window wouldn’t close all the way in the other room. There was a lot of road noise. Also, the family said the pool and hot tub left their skin feeling slimy.

There was no one at the desk for check in. Finally, a man appeared from the elevator and called the employee to help. She was unsure and quite slow. After finally being checked in, we took our luggage to our suite I booked in advance. I was unhappy, to say the least!! Our only TV screen was broken. The mirrors were dirty (I cleaned them). The pullout bed from the sofa had a stain and no bedding. There was food on the floor. It took 3 trips to the front desk and 2 hours to get the TV replaced. The floors never were cleaned. I requested 2 sheets and flipped the mattress. No discount offered. Nothing. The shower head ran soooooo slowly because it needed replaced. I asked about guest laundry and the girl at the front desk, of course, had no idea if they had one. After asking and then telling me the location, I knew why. The appliances were filthy!! I used a sock left in the washer to clean the washer gasket. $3 a load... ha!!

When you call about a early ck in the woman tells you yes and when you get there some guy tells you no thinking that you r lying don't they talk to one another so we did our thing when we came back 3 to 4 hours later there were a sign no early ck in's the hallway wss dirty dont see any one to clean etc
