First room we got was dirty, unclean, baseboards were falling off, and the AC unit didn't work. We moved rooms into a better cleaned room but definitely outdated. Bed was uncomfortable. One of the two elevators was out of service the whole 3 days and it took forever to go from 7th floor to lobby. They also tack on an "destination fee" of $10/day which was not something written on the hotels.com website. Overall surprised at the other positive reviews.

Everything is great except the air condition needs to be fixed. It made a loudly noise all night , very hard to falling to sleep.
But, overall, the hotel is nice. Will stay again in the future 😜

Stayed here during hurricane Milton. The staff was very accommodating to our needs. The property was very well maintained. The only negative was the hidden $20 per day for parking. Still a great deal here!
