The pool grotto was beautiful

I wished they would play music at the pool during the day. Listening to was waterfalls was nice but music at the pool at least Saturday would make it a better day experiences.

La piscina muy grande, bonita, con piscina dentro de una cueva preciosa! la atención del personal del lobby excelente. Tiene un loro en la entrada que mis hijos amaron, las habitaciones muy espaciosas por lo tanto muy cómodas

El personal de la piscina no era muy amable. Se notaba como que hacía su trabajo obligado por lo que la atención no era de calidad. El room service tarde, salimos toda la mañana y llegamos a la habitación cerca de las 15:30 y aún no estaba hecha. Llegó la niña alrededor de las 4-4:30 por lo tanto cortó todo el descanso previo antes de bajar a la piscina. Me gustaría más control de las pelotas en la piscina, había gente grande jugando con pelotas en la piscina de niños, ocupando casi 2/3 de la misma, pegándole a los niños con la misma, y no había personal del hotel controlando que esto no pasara o que tuvieran más tino con el juego.

Lovely top quality food, rooms and service. Marie was very helpful on checkout as We needed to check out late. Adored the poke rice bowl and it was a great value meal. Lovely food and good even with difficult kids to sit in the family restaurant. Fantastic breakfasts and staff there too. The longest standing staff member Tim who brought up our bags told us about a rocket launch and also fireworks which we really appreciated.

Some of the resort fee charges and parking charges are a bit annoying but probably normal. You certainly get a lot for the resort fee. Our little one learnt to cycle and loved the rock climbing and all the swimming. I would add a sign to tell kids to move away from the end of the slide as some think it’s a little kids pool. And maybe add a ledge under the deeper parts where there’s the water flowing down. Gorgeous pools though. We enjoyed the funny tricycle on water and kayaks too

The Grand Cypress is one of my favorite resorts. We come every year because of all the activities the resort has to offer. My whole family enjoyed the 3 swimming pools, the slide, kayaking, playing basketball, pickle ball, pin ball, rock climbing, biking, running trails and mini golf. The activities staff is amazing and extremely helpful and the food near the pool was delicious. Hopefully The Grand Cypress will upgrade their beds to queen one day so we can return. Until then, good bye for now.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable. I gave the hotel a 7 only because of the beds. We are a family of four so there are 2 people per bed. Double beds are not comfortable for a family of four. After a long day of enjoying everything the resort has to offer I was looking forward to getting some rest. My son who can sleep anywhere was complaining about the beds, which definitely shows me it's not only the size but the comfort of the beds.

Honestly the quote booking.com was 300 less than what the hotel actually charged. Even though booking.com quoted us $1270 with all fee and taxes included. Yet the Hyatt charged us $1599 in total. A few hundred dollars off of what booking.com gave us. The receptionists at the Hyatt was not very helpful. We were also under the assumption we had the meal plan. Yet we were charged 84 three times for breakfast. Honestly beautiful hotel but there deception is real.

Temprano en la Mañana se activó la Alarma contra incendio y mandaron a evacuar el hotel y mientras salíamos le preguntamos a varias personas que trabajaban en el hotel donde estaba la salida de emergencia y ninguna sabia.

This is a beautiful resort with ample amenities, friendly and helpful staff and very comfortable rooms.

The additional fees were a little much and the walk to the self parking for older visitors could be a bit much.

Dear Grand Hyatt Regency Cypress , I am completely disappointed in customer service and accounts department. I have written countless to you on the below subject - fact that you’re still holding close $1400 that you haven’t returned to my credit card and below is a mail no one is answering to and when calls are placed they exhibit nothing more than poor customer secure and naivety I write to follow up on the withholding amount which hasn’t been credited back into my card. My stay with you was from 7th to 14th august ,2023 and I have since not received the amount back on the card. I stayed over the Hyatt place New York Times Square and left the hotel on 17th august and before I could get to the airport amount withholding from my card was credited- yes that quick.! I have other business meetings in other states and need the money credited quick enough to facilitate that. Find attached bill. Thank you.

Very nice pool, we loved the garden, the gym was good, the food at the restaurant was delicious, the service was good and the price affordable. The room was also nice, clean and with a great view. The property is beautiful, we enjoyed our stay.

The gym could have a barbell, there is even a station for it. The gym was well equipped, the barbell would be a plus. A bottle of water was a bit expensive at the bars and at Starbucks. The room service forgot to replace the soap one day, but it was good in everything else. Too many kids jumping from everywhere at the pool on Saturday. They were asked to stop more than once but they kept moving to different spots to jump in the water from the higher places they could find. It was a bit dangerous and annoying.
