Great location near Disney Springs and very convenient to all parks. Overall a good stay.
They had a kids beauty pageant and a conference so the bar area at night was a zoo. Also lots of noise in hallways. Felt the hotel could have at least opened a separate bar for one of these groups.

Habitaciones muy mal olor, baños sucios y todos los artefactos oxidados, plancha no funcionaba, se cortaba la luz, cuando llueve el agua se pasa por la orillas de la ventana e igual que los ascensores.

Convenient location, just 5 mins walk to Disney springs. Free Shuttle to Disney World every hour. And around 25 minutes to Miami International Airport
The room is too dark for us (Room 812). Only a small window behind the TV, it look dark even all the lights on, and there is an unpleasant smell when we open the room door. We change the room eventually.

The room was large with lots of amenities. The resort is just a short walk away from Disney Springs. The resort had fountains and lush greenery which was beautiful. The bus driver on the shuttle had instructions down really well. The bus seats were comfy after a long day of walking.
Maybe more selection of snacks and candy in the market.

La ubicación; cercanía a los parques y disney springs.
El staff en general era correcto exceptuando al front office manager Keny Rodriguez. Es una lastima que Hilton tenga a cargo una persona que le molesta interactuar con los huéspedes y que trasmite que verdaderamente no disfruta de hacer su trabajo. Disney es un lugar mágico como para tener este tipo de destratos, peor aun viniendo de un manager.

Ease of check in
Did not get the room reserved and paid for. Reserved and paid for a room with 2 double beds and sofa bed for 3 adults and two children. Room had no sofa bed. Finally brought up two twin roll away beds that took up most of the room. They said they didn’t have what I had reserved and were booked solid.

指定の日に掃除してくれなかった。また、ディズニーへのバスの本数が少ない。1時間に1本。しかもアニマルキングダム行きのバスは、アーリーエントリーに間に合うバスがなかった。提携ホテルなのでアーリーエントリーが売りなはずなのに。

The location was absolutely amazing! It was an easy and safe walk to Disney Springs. We were able to walk through the neighboring Saratoga Springs resort too and enjoy the beautiful views of Disney Springs. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we spent a day at the pool with live music and delicious drinks! We plan on returning to The Hilton LBV in a few years- it was wonderful!

Dated, the fridge didn’t work, and the thermostat only went down to 68, being on the 7th floor it seemed very warm…… too warm to sleep comfortably, and wouldn’t adjust to go down any further, I think it was broken as well.

Great location! Within a 10 minute walk to Disney Springs.
The rooms are small and the bathrooms are very small with carpet in front of the sink area and it’s very hard to open the bathroom door without hitting the commode or the shower. Very worn out in need of a facelift.
