The room have been lovely decorated and the front staff is welcoming. My friend and I had some insomnia due to the traffic all night long. One staff member yelled at me because i mishandled the coffee machine. I used a small cup for making latte and it caused overspill. My impression was the cup size is common as France’s hotel.

Beautiful building. Such a welcoming and friendly staff. The balcony was amazing. Wonderful spot to relax and enjoy some wine.

This hotel is amazing. Beautiful location, lovely rooms, friendly and accommodating staff. Great breakfast and excellent self service bar. All in all, great experience. I strongly recommend selection this hotel in Kochen.

Close to Castle Cochem with beautiful views, hotel Villa Vie was modern, clean, well kept, and well worth the price. If you are coming in via train and have luggage, make sure to grab a taxi, as it is a short ride from the train station. The downtown is a short walk away.

The room we had had the most amazing view of Reichburg/Cochem castle. The hotel staff were so nice and accomodating. Couldn't have had a nicer shower with a huge rainhead.

Great stay with Hotel Villa Vie. Friendly staff and great views of the castle. The beds were big enough and the rooms were clean. Conviently located to the main area of the shops, just an easy walk away.

Amazing staff, beautiful hotel.

Excellent stay. Julian and staff were friendly and welcoming. Beautiful property. Stayed in a newly renovated room with beautiful view of the Mosel. Only thing missing from the room was a mini fridge. Overall a wonderful stay, and can't wait to be back.

We stayed in hotel Villa Vie in December 2021, during Covid and clearly off-season. We were the only guests in the hotel and were treated with utmost attention. We booked one of two junior suites and were given the option to choose between the two rooms. One is in the main building and has heated floors and view of the castle, the other in the older part of the building and has a balcony (with castle view from the balcony). We chose the former, for the indoor castle view and heated floors. It was a nice room, but in my opinion could do with a bit of styling and some more amenities. Most were available in the common area downstairs, but it made the room feel a bit bare bones, especially for the rate that was nearly €200 per night. The castle was just 15 minutes walk away, and so was town. Parking free and right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was standard but good, I loved the warm German bread rolls but would have appreciated a choice of eggs rather than a hard boiled egg. All in all, I think the hotel was nice and we enjoyed our stay, but for this rate I had higher expectations.
