We had a great stay as a family of 4. We picked this hotel due to the large rooms and close proximity to the village. We were so happy with this hotel. The rooms were comfortable/spacious and they had a fun little game room our kids enjoyed. We were also able to easily walk with our stroller to the village which was so helpful since it was a crowded weekend. The room also featured snacks and drinks available for purchase at a reasonable price which came in handy. We will definitely stay here again!

We had wuick overnight stay. Sierra blue a very nice and easy go spot. Easy to find close to all the shopping. Outdoor fire pit was fun to hang out. Beds were comfy! Will definitely stay again

The area around the hotel was under evacuation order, and the hotel refused to refund our money, even though they were fires all around and it was impossible to get to the property. There should be laws against this.

I loved staying at Sierra Blue! The rooms and common areas are super cute and cozy, everything was clean, and our bed was extremely comfy! Really nice fluffy comforter which you don't always find at hotels and an extra warm blanket. The room had a fridge, microwave and white noise machine (!). We also had a view of the lake from our window which was an unexpected bonus. Parking was super easy right out front and it was really nice we could walk into the village for meals and shopping. The pool area is nice although the hot tub jets aren't working which would have been nice after a hike.
My only issues here were our toilet kept running and wasn't flushing properly, and when I asked the person at the front desk to come take a look at it, he never did even though he said he'd be right up. We kept using the toilet in the lobby which wasn't ideal. There isn't always someone at the front desk either, but they do leave a sign with a number to text if you need anything.
Overall I'd stay here again and I hope I get the chance to!

I loved the location of the property. The lake is short walk away. The rooms are nice and spacious and they have been updated. I just stayed for 1 night. It's a nice place to stay for a short or overnight getaway.

This place is so cute. Love the vibe. The staff are very friendly. The water refilling station was such an awesome touch. We always travel with our reusable water bottles and buy a jug of water but this trip we forgot the jug of water. Luckily this hotel had a water bottle refilling station in the lobby. The hotel is kid and pet friendly. The outback patio and fire pit was the perfect night cap to an epic day on The Summit for the Monster Pro Down Hill event.

This hotel is located within walking distance from the Village which made the stay even more attractive. The room was clean, although not the best view but had all the amenities I needed, including a/c. Most hotels in Big Bear don’t have a/c, fyi. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking an affordable and nice stay in Big Bear.

This hotel is in a great location with many restaurants and shops nearby. The front desk staff is welcoming and helpful. There’s coffee in the room as well as the lobby and also a water refill option there.

Owners are doing a good job restoring this -lace and staff keeps it clean and organized.The room was spacious and comfortable ,the pillows were the only things that I would change.The staff is wonderful and very accommodating especially Stephanie.Very close to the village and the staff gives great restaurant recommendations. We do weekend hikes in the area and will definitely be back.

Friendly staff, walking distance to the village which is nice since parking in the summer can be a nightmare, quiet even though we’re close to the village so that was another plus.
