10 minutes walk from La Spezia railway station and 10 minutes walk to the port area this place in the centre of everything. Right on your doorstep are the pedestrian strips of restaurants and bars. The manageress very kindly allowed me to check into my room itself at 11:15am, unheard of. The place is on the third floor of a typical residential block. There is a lift! It is a brand spanking new reno by the looks. Door codes etc means you come and go at your leisure as the reception is only staffed in the morning. The room was super comfortable. Lovely bed linen, fridge, tea/coffee facilities. Shuttered windows means good sleep. No breakfast but it's outside your door! The whole experience was just easy and convenient. I think La Spezia itself is a gem that is overlooked due to its sparkling neighbour the Cinque Terre.

This property is very nice, room has a great size, with balcony, small fridge, good ac, and good bathroom. Location is very convenient, property has a small elevator, and Simonita was very helpful and kind. Highly recommended

Lots to do within walking distance. From restaurants to the marina with all the beautiful boats. We enjoyed great food and wine during our stay and took the ferry to Montarro and Monterosso for the day. Took the train back. Cinque Terre is easily reachable for day trips from this location.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Plenty of good restaurants close by, and a huge farmers market right next door. Parking is street only, so, a bit of a challenge, but manageable...once you figure out that the parking ticket machines only take coins (no credit cards).

Simonetta was fantastic, and the room was clean, beautiful, and well kept. She even pointed us to a few great restos during our stay… Would definitely come back!! Mille Grazie S’ignora Simonetta!!! À la prossima!!

The room and the owner was perfect. She gave us all necessary and very detailed info from the beginning. The room was very clean and well furnished. The location is perfect. If you go by car you can find parking place close to Fidelio. Thank you very much for everything.

The lady who checked us in, Simonetta, was the kindest person. She told us where to eat and about cinque terre. She’s the best and I will stay here every time I’m in La Spezia. I would give her and the hotel 10 stars if I could.

The hotel is very close to the train station. Grocery store Carrefour is also nearby. If you are in town just for Cinque Terre, you should at least walk to the Marina. We saw three super yachts and several war ships there. The view in the area is nice too.

We stayed in a beautiful modern room with a kitchenette and 2 balconies. It was a short walk from the train station. Restaurants were nearby that we enjoyed. The balconies overlooking the streets were lovely to relax with a drink and people watch every evening. Highly recommend!
