Came in after their posted check-in time with no problem. Their address is not in sequence though and best to use an app that will locate it. Only issue was the quoted price
was different than the charge on my credit card. It was not much and I never received a final receipt and was told everything was fine, meaning to me that there were no additional charges. Would stay there again.

The hotel was lovely and Christian in reception was exceptionally helpful. All this being said we did have a problem. Both my son and I found ants in our rooms. My son had them in his bathroom and Christian gave him another room without hesitation. In my own room they were on the writing desk so not as big a problem. We brought it to the attention of the manager, who was new to the hotel. He told us he was working on the problem so hopefully it will be resolved by the time we stay there again. The hotel is very well situated. Both San Francisco and the airport are easy to get to by train or taxi. The area is also very well served by restaurants and bars. ……and a casino if you dare!

I loved this little hotel! Everyone was so nice and it was very pretty. My only complaint was the pool was not in service, but seemed to be a health dept issue and not their fault.

What a find - if you ever need a value priced place close to SFO, stay here if it's available, I certainly will! Decor is beautiful in lobbies as well as room. Super clean. Great beds. Full bathtub. Safe feeling neighborhood, really being gentrified. tons of good nearby restaurants and food delivery. Microwave and fridge in room, coffee maker and bottled water. Covered parking. Very happy.

We were on the third floor a lot of noise from the street..the sheets were not good quality and the bed was uncomfortable.

The accommodations were stellar. The staff was extremely accommodating and super friendly. I loved how the halls were decorated the little touches were on point. Literally a 10 minute drive to anything.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and each one had a refrigerator and coffee maker. The dining area downstairs was spotless, and the breakfast was excellent , everyone could find something to eat, breakfast included: bagels, muffins, toasted bread, hot cereal, cereals, yogurt, coffee, tea, milk, fresh fruit, granola bars, there also were a microwave, and a waffle maker and more… Lemon water available all day for free in the lobby. Definitely recommending this hotel, it’s located only 9min from San Francisco airport and 30 min from the Golden Gate Bridge. Free parking in the garage!

Delightful, reasonably priced, beautifully appointed small hotel in center of town, close to everything. Super clean room and property. The spa and pool were temporarily closed but we were there for just one night so not a big issue. Excellent breakfast in very pleasant setting, only competition might be the close proximity to quite possibly the best donut shop on Earth (Rolling Pin Donuts, open 24/7 and AMAZING assortment of donuts and other baked goods). Would definitely stay again and again.

The property itself is impeccable and very well kept. The manager is super friendly and the staff are courteous. Definitely a great choice if visiting the Bay Area.
