This Hotel is absolutely horrible for Business and especially for Handy caped Personas like me?

It is a very beautiful old hacienda. The room was very beautiful. The only thing was we found what appeared to be dead water bugs in our room on the day we arrived and more the next morning. They have large gaps on the ground floor doors.We believe fumigation may have taken place before we stayed in the room. I told the receptionist the next morning about the bugs and she said they had turmites do to the old wood beams and they have that same issue every year. I believe she may have thought I was talking about those bugs.

The facility was outstanding! Such a beautiful hacienda. We came across one difficulty. When we tried to use the jacuzzi, they informed us it was reservation only and that they needed 3 hour to light it up??? I have never come across this. So we reserved it and when we went it was cold, they informed us that the could not find the person to start it so it was still pre heating that the would call the room once it was ready, they never called. However, I would totally recommend this hotel, great getaway for couples.
