I paid when i reserved my room. I use to live in Leland and move to Ashville about 6 months ago. I came home for Thanksgiving. I could not check into the hotel because of my ID. It still had my old Leland address and they said i lived too close. I was told i would get a refund but now the hotel and hotel.com are messing me around. I just want my refund. If you want to help with that, please

First room we got stunk terribly, moldy smell, and then we open the fridge and all this water ran out of it. So I called the front desk and she gave us another room but that room smelled a little, fridge was good and the door you had to shove it to open it because it was sticking or Warped. Needs a lot of cleaning and updating! We went for the swimming pool, but it was closed for maintenance, but it was so dirty. It had been like that for a long period of time!!😢 Staff was Great!!

So I called the front desk and she gave us another room but that room smelled a little, fridge was good and the door you had to shove it to open it because it was sticking or Warped. we had lots of space to sleep and we loved the breakfast bar! we did spot a couple roaches and the A/C made a dripping noise that was hard to ignore at night, but the minor maintenance issues didn’t ruin our stay. staff was super friendly and they helped us have enough towels to take showers after the beach swims. i really appreciate that! thank you!!!

Asked for housekeeping and maintenance services, was told no one was available. Asked again on the 2nd day and they sent no one!

The front desk person was very nice (treat people the way you want to be treated), the breakfasts was great and the beds slept really good. To be honest, I was a little worried bc of the comments ppl wrote. People that write about, the bed was not good for them, the room smelled, etc…Bring a mattress topper and lysol or room spray when you travel, especially if you know, that’s how you are. They are picky people and it seems they need to critique everything. Hotels say they are a home away from home. Guess what, they are not. Hotels are not your own home or your own mattress.

The hotel was ok, a little dirty and musty smell in my room. I stayed there for two weeks for a reasonable rate, however when I came back into town a week later they raised the cost to over $40 extra a night. Deal breaker. This place is NOT worth the inflated price, went somewhere else.
