We stayed for 1 night after going to the Ice show at Opryland. The room was exceptionally clean and very nice. A lot more than I expected. Will definitely stay again and have already recommended to a friend.

We could not use the pool because it closed shortly after we got there. We could not use the laundry facilities because it wouldn’t connect to blue tooth. We asked for help and they said they would send someone for us, but no one ever came. Right after we tried there was a sign saying it was out of service. I am still waiting to get back the money I had to put on the service. Breakfast was generally good, although we had biscuits, but no gravy. The cleaning staff was VERY helpful.

We left NOTHING in our vehicle including lawn chairs. That night, a NPD patrol car was at the entrance checking entering vehicles.

My only complaint is they still use Dish Network. The channels were very limited and the guide didn't work. To be honest, everyone I know has dropped Dish because of price and terrible channel options. Might be trivial, but travelers still want channel options.

Disappointed that the washer was out of order although they did find another off the property.

We had a perfect stay there. Our room was clean and good sized. The hotel was very clean and although the hotel seemed to be full of people, we never heard other guests while in our room. The hotel was in close proximity to many attractions.
