The hot tub was really dirty i had to get shampoo to scrub it and then fill it up with hot water and let the jets run to clean it the rugs are sticky .

The entire stay wasn’t too bad, but the ages of the rooms does show a little bit. Check in was quick even by an employee still in training (anything she missed was quickly covered by the one watching). Prices of extras available are on par with other similar type hotels (extra soap, bath bombs, teddy bears, roses). A free fire log was provided for the first night of the stay and lasted several hours and provided a decent amount of heat and warmth to the room. The room it self was decent with minor inconveniences that did not take away from room itself (lights not working in hot tub, blown out lightbulbs in room, tape on the headboard). Room was spacious and had more than enough room to not feel cramped even with a bed, hot tub, couch, table and chairs. Walk in shower with shower head on each wall flowed hot water quickly with one covering the marble seat while the other one stopped just short of reaching. Hot tub is personally recommended to be cycled once before use (like similar places) both to flush cold water out of the system along with the usual dirt and debris that can cycle out from sitting unused. (Dirt mostly). Only downside is what seems to be limited parking for each building. Arrived around 10pm and had to park a building away due to all spots for building assigned being taken.

It was a very nice place to stay for our anniversary celebration. The separate units are a plus for privacy and seclusion. The area surrounding the inn was nice and had many activities and restaurants to choose from during our stay. We would have enjoyed the breakfast being more than a few boxes of cold cereal and pastries; instead a few sternos with bacon and eggs and the ability to make toast would have been a better offer with the luxurious rooms offered. Also the set up with our room could use some rugs or anti skid mats from the shower to the stairs that led to the bed and jacuzzi. The led lights within the stairs leading from the bed to the bathroom were very helpful to not need to leave lights on when sleeping.

Great room and jacuzzi

Place was great ! Service was awesome!

Love the front desk staff. Always helpful and friendly. Only complaint is the shower. We’ve had one room that had a bench and soap and the last time we were there the shower didn’t have either. Thought kind of odd there was no soap. The cleanliness of the rooms is always impeccable.

Actually it's a beautiful hotel they just need someone to take care the rooms properly and found molded next to the bed .

I can't wait to stay again! The only things I would suggest be changed are, The beds aren't exactly comfortable, They need new pillows definitely! The showers are wonderful, but as a woman, I wish there had been a bench to make it easier to shave lol. The jetted tub was incredibly awesome and easy to use and the room was spacious and clean. The staff are all very sweet and accommodating. My husband and I will definitely return!

My husband and I thought it would be a nice lil romantic stay, but the place needs a lot of work the carpet needs to go the paint is ugly and old the lock fell off the door when we went to latch it over. It just wasn’t worth the stay
