Went through hoops of pre-check-in downloading photo and credit card and still had to show ID and credit card at desk. The pre-check-in was waste of time.

I traveled with my sister and three small kids age 6 and under. The lady at the counter was amazing she was so patient with them and after a long car ride they were rambunctious. The room was clean pool/hot tub was easily accessible and clean. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Strong smell in the hallway of the 2nd floor and in the elevator. Overall, the stay was nice.

The room was nice. The place where you take your dog out had a red ant problem. I got bit yesterday and today my foot is red and swollen. I told the person at the desk about it. Hopefully he had someone take care of it.

The property was nice, except that the tub was not draining properly so you have to keep opening and closing the faucet to let the water drain. That was the biggest problem we found.

The property didn't seem like it was in a bad area, but there was a lot of shady people hanging around. The room smelled horrible. It smelled like black mold. The room is dirty and had hair all over the place.

Not the fault of the staff but the hotel needs a make over. THe building seems old, the pool is wearing out, the door of the room we stayed in did not close without a use of force, and two of the three fitness equipments did not work. Staff was great.

The guy at the front desk was super nice. Always had a hello coming and going. Breakfast was good. Looks like they’re doing a bit of renovation so I’m sure it’ll only get better. Pool and hot tub were fantastic! We’ll stay here again.
