Very friendly and helpful staff. I like this hotel and recommend for anyone visiting. Very good facilities gym, pool and bars. The breakfast is okay.

This place is easily one of the best in Addis Ababa and wellness facilities are very well run. Enjoyed everything but the staff must watch Expedia messages as the shuttle never came to the airport despite my request and I ended up being dropped by another hotel.

It’s very clean and neat . Bedsheet & blankets are new and clean . Shuttle service is on time. Security, bellboy & receptionist are very helpful . Highly recommended.

I loved staying in the Bole area. So nice for meetings and shopping. The hotel and staff are excellent! I love to stay at the Harmony.
