When we checked in, the girl working the front desk was extremely friendly. She talked to us as if she knew us and seemed to really enjoy her job. It was very nice to see that.

Breakfast was a great dtart to the day. The Chef and team really pay a lot of attention to details.

I booked through the hotels.com app and paid extra for a room that was supposed to have a king bed and 2 sofa beds. We did not get that and when I called the front desk I was told the hotel only offers one sofa bed. But somehow hotels.com offered and charged me extra. I could have saved about $15 if I had known. But besides the fact about my room, the hotel was nice. We did not get to visit the rooftop bar because we were so busy with our sons soccer tournament. And there was only one working elevator which really slowed things down for us. The keys at one point were not working. But overall the hotel is nice, clean, staff was very helpful and the breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel. With a large variety of breakfast choices.

The room was the wrong rm type and the room was nasty. I called and reported it and there was no offer to move my rooms or anything just mention it at check out the bathroom floor was greasy and had visible spots of lotion or conditioner spilled all over, food splatter on the wall, thick dust in the vents and a moldy mildew smell the sheets had hair, looked to be eyelashes and specs of trash one one of them have photos for reference this room was clearly not cleaned nor checked by head housekeeping I will not return for another stay I have stayed previously and the staff and cleaniness was much better this time total opposite overall bad experience
