Not a 5 star hotel experience. Staff needs more training and experience. Having one more valet parking/ concierge wouldn’t hurt either!!

We had an amazing stay at Radisson in Braşov! The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The hotel staff were polite and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with patience and professionalism. Special thumbs-up to Corina at the front-desk who assisted us with multiple questions! The only cons is the parking, which can be a bit tricky if you prefer to park in the proximity of the hotel.

The property was in a great location. The room was spacious and clean and had all of the amenities. The breakfast was excellent. Parking is an issue but we used valet which was great. (Thanks Robert!)

Property is great and location is fantastic- close to everything. One disappointment we had was with hotel valet parking. We were going to leave the hotel at 8am but were told that valet guy doesn’t come until 9am. No one told us that ahead of time. The valet guy was 10min late to work and took another 20min to bring the car. We left late because of it and got stuck in major traffic. Otherwise the staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is good. Good clean rooms and fairly quiet. No issues.

The service there is very basic. Most of the hires are trainees and have no clue how to present their services. When trying to discuss some matters with them, none of them including managers can help. Through my membership i was supposed to get an upgrade and of course they insisted that no room is available. A quick check on the app, suggested 2 more rooms of the class above would have been available. They said it must be a system error, while Hotels confirmed they are available. Very very disappointing. When asking about adding an additional (foldable) bed or anything my daughter can sleep on, they said they don't have any of such things to provide, hence expecting us to sleep all together in 1 queen bed for the entire stay. The restaurant is empty despite the fact that they praise it as the top 10 of Brasov. Very unlikely given that they don't have staff ready to bring you to your table and you end up looking around to figure out what to do or for who to wait. Overall very very basic services and I am wondering if they got 5 stars due to the name. Many hotels in the area are much better.

Overall we were pleased with our stay. We extended our original booking by 2 nights and am happy we were able to do so. I know I purchased two premium rooms, am not sure why we were told we only got one ?? Also, I wish the pool area had its own umbrellas. Also, I’ve asked at the reception to have one of two rooms I had cleaned and by next day at noon we were still waiting. Otherwise the staff was super nice and professional. We absolutely loved the staff at the Sky Bar ! So so attentive And accommodating. We’d love to go back

Everything was perfect, but the cleaning girls knocking on my door at 9 am, when my ck out time was 12. Other than that, excelent location and very nice property.

We loved our stay at the Radisson Blu!! The location is perfect and we enjoy every aspect of the hotel. We can’t wait to visit again in the future!

Great hotel. Beautiful views from the top bar and pool. Excellent breakfast. This was the second time we stayed here, and is our place to stay when in Brasov.

Came for a wedding. Not a five star hotel, the lobby is small and reminds me of a motel 8, dirty dishes and glasses lying around all evening. No water or coffee in the lobby and staff that ignores you when your standing right at check in. Rooms are okay but the bathroom is awkward with the door opening into the toilet and the shower floods water everywhere. Room dusty and sticky remotes. Housekeepers keep walking in on our room before check out time. Lots of options in the area for hotel, chose something else. Location is great across from a beautiful park and right next to historic sites and old cobblestone streeets with lots food and dining options.

We had an amazing stay At Raddison Blu Aurum. The staff were super friendly. The only thing i believe would have made things easier is to have precise information regarding car parking. I honestly struggled with this but I found that it was simply parking on the road opposite the hotel for 24 lei per day. unfortunately, the girl at reception desk did not tell us this.

The property in my opinion is in one of the best areas in Braşov. It is convenient to old town, bus terminal and if necessary you can walk to rail station. Loved it.

Amazing experience and staff was so very helpful! Shame the pool wasn't in service when we came but apart from that, it's highly recommended. Service excellent!
