I had stayed many times at this hotel but these past few times, the hot shower is almost non existence, the water isn't even warm. A warmer water is better than having cold shower especially early in the morning. Please fix the hot water in the shower!!

When I am in San Jose I usually stay at Cultura Plaza Hotel. It's great with fine dinning restaurants, lots of activities and great shopping within walking distance.

We had a great stay here. The receptionist was extremely helpful for information and his English was fantastic. The breakfast was also very good. We didn’t really feel safe in San Jose so it was nice to have a safe place to go back to. Would definitely recommend

A good modern style hotel in central San Jose. Room was excellent for arrival or stop overs. Staff were not that friendly. The breakfast is included. But the issue is time. Most of guests were being picked up at 0700 and breakfast starts then. All that is offered is a juice or coffee and small roll to take away.

Jose, the front desk agent was great. He was very informative with all/any questions we had. The location was perfect for my purpose. The hotel was very clean along with the rooms. The only slight negative is that it can be noisy. All in all, i will be back.

This is a very basic accommodation in central San Jose. The room we had had no windows, there is no coffee maker or other amenities. Breakfast was included in their lobby cafe and is made to order. The big downside is that there is no nearby parking. You have to go to the 6th St El Colloso parking lot which is a 10 minute walk and it's about $30 to park overnight. The location is pretty central, right next to the pedestrian walks with shopping and dining.

Im really glad I booked this stay. I was there almost a week and all the staff are very accomodating and friendly. The free brekfast was great. My only complaint is the walls are a little thin so you can hear everything in the hallway but that's a common thing with hotels like this so it's to be expected I guess. I love that the location is literally a fee feet from city center and I loved being able to walk everywhere.

Good rooms and excellent facilities. Great service. Good breakfast. Location is good in terms of being close to main tourist attractions in San Jose. Unfortunately, the area has become very unsafe, dirty and unpleasant overall. Wouldn’t recommend this location, especially for families with children.

The hotel is good and nice one big problem it has no parking and finding a 24/7 public parking near the hotel is impossible.

Friendly staff. Need a chair in the room, need a floor mat in the shower too slippery with the slope. The frig did not have a temperature gauge and the items did not get cold. Other than these things is was a great place to stay. It was close to the museum, busses, and stores.

The rooms are small and the walls are thin. The hotel is located near many food options and a convenience store. You can book tours through the hotel and they will pick you up and drop you off in the lobby. Breakfast is cooked to order and there are sandwiches and drinks for purchase as well.

It was located in an area that has a lot of museums and is very walkable, but the area itself is the downtown of a major city so it didn’t feel the safest. That being said, our experience was completely fine; just be vigilant. Our accommodations were small, but clean and had a nice bathroom and clean, comfortable bed.

The place is located in the center of San Jose, very convenient, you can walk to anywhere, a good price, and the staff is very friendly. I would give it 5 stars if they had laundry service. I highly recommend it.
