The staff was wonderful from valet, front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant.
Definitely would stay there again.

The hotel has a chic boutique hotel feel. The decor is actually pretty cool with a modern spin on vintage items. Super cool! However, the basic comforts are missing. After getting in much later than expected and a day full of travel it’s nice for a hotel to offer complimentary water, coffee, or tea. Don’t expect that here. There weren’t even any water bottles for free (preferable) or purchase in the room.
The only other discomfort about my stay were the sheets which were oddly rough, extremely thin and uncomfortable. I say hesitantly because I cringe at the thought of being nit picky, but I’d be remiss if I didn’t share that the bed, mattress and pillows were great, spend a little money on better sheets!

While check in was a breeze with the front desk everything else was below expectations. And while the room nice it was not the room I was expecting snd the service was lacking in all aspects of our stay! Will never book again

Nice hotel just a couple blocks from the New Orleans Convention Center. In fact, so nice I was surprised to learn that it was part of the Choice Hotel network.

Beautiful hotel that is in a quiet area but can easily walk to Bourbon St, Canal St and Jackson Square. The hotel is very trendy, clean, and friendly staff. Rooms are clean, spacious, great amenities, comfortable bed, and quiet.

Property is wonderful. As soon as we arrived the front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. The room itself is very clean and it was quiet. We had a great stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

Desk clerk had a lil attitude!
Valet person was driving my car like she was a NASCAR driver!! And i didn’t appreciate that all!! We’ll never stay there again!!
