I had a really good time here! It was great hostel, very clean, comfortable and safe. I met many awesome travellers there, it was good place to socialize. Free whiskey everyday from 7-7.30pm! Downstairs there’s a small locker for your valuables, at room there is no locker. Only downside in my visit was this tubing tour that I booked from the lobby because I was told that I would be joining this other group (who had done some ziplining before) and that was why I booked it because there were two of my friends. But that wasn’t the case and I didn’t see them until back at the hostel at night and I’m pretty sure the guy at the lobby knew that but he told me differently.

Do note that you will need to bring your own lock if you wish to use the locker or it would be chargeable. A cheaper laundry service can be found in the alley on the right when you exit from the hostel.

Loved this hostel, was really cool and situated a perfect walking distance from the Irish Bar! The staff were so helpful and friendly, and the free breakfast was yummy

Loved VVBH! Great price for a well-kept hostel, good breakfast, and social atmosphere. It may be difficult for some to sleep because there's usually lots of socializing/partying going on downstairs, but it didn't bother me. I'd stay here again. (:

Located on the main street and easy to find. Good WiFi speed and lounge for the backpackers. The reception was attentive and ready to help 24-hours. Definitely good value for money and recommend this to others.

Friendly and helpful staffs. Overall, the hostel is recommended, but we may suggest the hostel to provide hair dryers for backpackers since it's not easy to carry it for travelling.
