Great pool area & close to the beach. For self catering could use a few essentials (washing up liquid, something to clean dishes with).

Rooms are new, modern however the construction needs some fixing. The pools are beautiful but water temperature too cold for April

Perfect for cycling specifically the 312. Friendly welcome at the desk. Impressive entrance and grounds. Lovely pool area. No problem taking bike to the room. Big apartment room. Very comfortable and spacious. Has a fridge and hob so made own breakfast and had it ready for an early start. Very impressive for the price.

We are a family with 2 kids age 10 and 8. I am obsessed with reviews and we are travelling to several locations in Mallorca. The positives - kids loved the available activities, table tennis, pool, darts and the big pool. The negatives. It’s a downmarket seaside location - pizzas, burgers, busy and not authentic Spain - which you get much more of if you go 20 mins north to Pollença. Old town is ok, but touristy - so a bit of a ripoff in our opinion. The room is basic and you can’t really cater for yourself, but if you’re after pool activity this will suit you (but you may as well go cheaper to mainland Spain).

The facilities at the hotel were great. Beautiful pool areas, table tennis, pool, crazy golf. More entertainment during high season for kids would have been a bonus - both in the day and evening. Food was lovely at snack bar - especially the prawns with jalapeño mayo! Rooms and all public areas were spotless. Staff were excellent without being intrusive. Nearby restaurants were very good and beach is one of the most beautiful we have seen. Quite a distance from main shopping and eating areas though!

Hotel environment is very nice, clean heated swimming pool and food at the restaurant is tasty. Very convenient that has a shop in the hotel area. The room is not so nice and it needs some cleaness. The ventilation in the room is very loud. Also we had to close the windows every time as here are many mosquitoes from the natural park side.

We are a family of 2 adults+2 children aged 4 and 6. We have been to different 4 star hotels in Majorca ever since we got the children and this one is really one of the best ones. The Hotel itself and although not being a recent one is extremly well kept and the room we had (room 2001 ground floor with large outdoor terrace) was just perfect with very comfortable beds, large shower and good storage space. We used the outdoor terrace a lot given it had a large contemporary and confortable double sunbed. Pools and garden beautiful, kids club good and close to the sea if you were looking for a beach day. Special mention to the buffet which in my opinion is one of the main reasons why this hotel was a winner. The biggest breakfast buffet I have ever seen AND with fresh products such as a delicious freshly squezed orange juice. Dinner buffet was great too and always a large choice of meat/fish and very good tapas.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The facilities and staff were all excellent. The only thing we would have liked would be a kids club which we could leave children at in order to get a couple of hours ‘child free’ as we needed to supervised them there. However, overall we would come again,

Great location and huge hotel. Had a ground floor room with own garden and whirl pool which was amazing. Good breakfast and dinner service, worth paying the extra for. Staff super friendly and helpful. Very child friendly hotel, so if not kids, probably not for you in the holidays although there is plenty of space to escape too. There are about 5 pools, games, kids clubs, well kept gardens. Only silly thing is you have to pay for the lock for the safe in your room, 21 euros which is a bit daft.

Things stolen from the room, hotel staff entering the room without knocking and disappearing as they recognize us being in the room, at the "high end" restaurant waiting at least 15-20 minutes between dishes to arrive (2 of 4!!, left the restaurant after waiting just less than 20 minutes!!, had reminded/asked for missing dishes...) Hotel manager and reception staff great, though! Iberostar (across the street, also a 4 star) to be recommended if wanting (paying) for a 4 star quality hotel!!

Fantastic individual luxury rooms with VIP club with fantastic personal service

Beautiful, spacious and clean hotel. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. We had a garden room which was really very nice. Pool bar staff extremely overworked, miserable and some plain rude. Food was really nice, however took a long time to come out. Lovely indoor pool, children loved the basketball/football etc however zero entertainment in the evenings, really lacks atmosphere. Overall loved the hotel and most of the staff. However, they do need to look at entertainment and staffing issues. Also to add we were all bitten so much, possibly due to the wetlands over the road, definitely invest in some anti mosquito plugs for the rooms. Really nice area, much nicer than central Alcudia.

We stood in Select One-Bedroom Apartment with balcony, small kitchen with microwave, fridge and kitchen set (dishes, pan, etc.). This was enough space for us 4persons (2adults & 2kids). You can get daily room cleaning of course. Many activities for the children and/or they can have lots of fun only with the pool. From the hotel, within 5min walk, you get to the beach. There are many restaurants and shops close by. VERY IMPORTANT, all of the staffs were fascinating, trying to help you and feel comfortable.

My family have stayed at Prinsotel many times now, the main reason being how much our kids love the whole experience. The pool area is fantastic, the staff are multi-lingual and very friendly, and the rooms are clean and cool with adequate space for 4 people. Whilst the pool bar is convenient for a quick lunch, we don't tend to use the main restaurant in the evening as we prefer to eat at various local restaurants a short walk away. I would recommend upgrading to a pool view if possible, and also consider booking adjoining rooms with connecting doors if you have got grandparents or friends booking an additional room. It is located in a quiet area of Playa de Muro away from noise and traffic. The hotel feels safe and secure enough to let 10/11 year olds wander around. One of the best beaches I've ever seen is a 5 minute walk away. There are various activities based at the hotel, and plenty others to be found nearby if cycling or watersports are your thing. The s'Albufera nature reserve is close by as well. We normally book a hire car as we find the transfer time from Palma quite lengthy, and the Alcudia area is a great base from which to explore many of the islands features that are a short drive away.

My family and I had a wonderful time. There were plenty of activities for my two daughters. The resort was clean and the staff was wonderful. We rented a car and got to see all of the island.

The hotel is well laid out with lots of pool options, food inside and conveniently outside, and quick access to the beach. My only complaint was the friendliness of the staff. We made reservations at a restaurant onsite then they tried to cancel them 10 minutes before because they overbooked. When confronted about it we finally got out table, but it took a lot of time and effort. Also, the restaurant was half empty all night, which made us more confused. Check-in was very nice, but when we asked for a late check-out we were treated like crap and got told conflicting information. We were told we could have the late check-out, but were hassled the next morning that whomever approved it never notified anyone and we had to leave. We were also disappointed that the pools close at 8pm. We like to swim at night on vacation and were surprised at how early everything closed, even the restaurants. We went into Palma the next night so we could eat at a normal time. Overall, its a nice hotel that I would recommend due to its location. If you are content with poor service and early nights then this is the place for you.
