Amazing hotel! The rooms are so unique unlike any other hotel over stayed in. Every detail has been thought about staff were great and the breakfast was brilliant. Great location to walk to everything in the city

When we check in front officer Michael said we are double up grade your room and ready to check in. However we realized the room was for handicap room with no shower door no divider btw toilet and shower booth. So hard to use it specially at night time….,

I have never stayed at a hotel that had such a clear and thoughtfully-executed "concept" and my partner and I loved it. The details were so creative, considered and delightful--it greatly enhanced our experience in Florence. We selected an Inferno room with a balcony--the balcony was absolutely worth the slightly more expensive room. As American travelers, we struggle a bit with the heavy duvet/no top sheet bedding arrangement but this is not unique to this hotel. We made two requests during our stay (additional pillows and fixing the latch on the balcony door) both of which were handled appropriately. Wish we had a slightly longer stay so we could have made more use of the hotel's unique amenities (cinema paradiso, sauna and lounge, library/pool table, beautiful courtyard.)

This hotel is gorgeous!!!! The free breakfast is also phenomenal. We really enjoyed this location as well as it was easy to walk wherever we wanted to go. It’s also in a small square that was lively and great to hang out in. One opportunity is in cleanliness of the room. It felt damp and I left with quite a few bug bites…

Hospitality at front desk and ding area was first rate. They were able to do what needed no matter my Italian language challenges. Really appreciated care and ability to follow through.

Pluses-good location, nice room/decor, awesome bathroom & shower. Lots of charm. Negatives 2nd floor in an old building with an elevator from 1900, so you have to haul luggage upstairs. No lobby or public area. We were traveling with friends & wanted to relax together at the end of the day- no place to do so. Front desk is only staffed 8-6 (in reality, less than this posted time), so no staff available outside of that time. It was more like renting a room than staying at a hotel.

The service was exceptional. The staff was the nicest and so helpful. The hotel had fantastic food, spa, and a cinema. They even threw a party celebrating famed butcher,Dario Cecchini. He opened a restaurant in the hotel. There was a Dj and complimentary food and wine. The location was also excellent!

The lobby is beautiful and the hotel is very unique. It is walking distance from all the sites in Florence. I would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely be back. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because we got bitten up by mosquitoes in the room.

Wow! We love this hotel. So inventive and fun. The wearable angel wings in our room were a big hit, as was the extraordinary attention to detail in the room, the hallways and all of the common areas. It has a good little gym, an exceptional breakfast and a high-quality Inn functioning outdoor sauna. Our room also had a delightful balcony overlooking a green space at the back of the property. We will be back.

Very special rooms, ours was Red We find it very nice, the hotel was very nice with good stuff overall. Good breakfast, 10 minutes walk to the Duomo! I recommend this really !!

The hotel was very good… enjoyed it! Was clean and in a great position to access trains and tourist attractions!

Interesting hotel. common floor is very well done in an eclectic mix of funky and traditional with solarium containing real and fake plants The rooms are interesting- one floor is a heaven theme and the other hell. Had the white room. Bed was comfortable, decor unusual, balcony overlooked more gardens. Shower great in the second room (switched rooms due to shower flooding into room) and a sink inside the water closet and outside.

Super modern and cool hotel with a great staff and very well located. Strongly recommend it.
