Cool spot… Didn’t charge a deposit of you used a card. The rate was higher than you’d expect for this type hotel.. but overall 9/10 I’d stay again.

I felt this was more of a working man’s hotel. The stay was just not what I was expecting. The room was clean but needed some repairs. Although it it close to Bridge Street and downtown, this is not where you’d want to stay to experience other one of those locations…too far.

We were there for a football game and the hotel was not far from the school. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and shopping nearby. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was lacking, but there is a wafflehouse a block away, we ate there instead. Overall it was a good visit.

Great experience and the staff was so sweet. Me and my friend came for Kami con and it was so close to the von center. The breakfast was good too!

The decor is dated but the room was immaculate. Water pressure was pretty good and the staff was charming and warm.

I liked the staff. Front desk and housekeeping were super friendly and helpful. The food attendants not so much. Its where people start their day. A little bit od good morning and how are you goea a long way for customer service. Only went down a few of days on trip as not much variety

Breakfast offering is very good. Super convenient to UAH. Maid took towels, leaving us without enough washcloths and hand towels and a bath mat, but didn't otherwise clean the room. TV didn't work, but was fixed when we asked. We've stayed there before and it wasn't quite as good this time. Front desk staff was very courteous.

Pros- reasonable rates and staff was accommodating to an early check-in. Cons- the elevator sounded like it would break at any moment and the carpet in the room made opening the door into the hotel room next to impossible. There was no hot water (barely lukewarm), and there was mold on parts of the bathroom walls and fixtures. The water from the faucet tasted like straight mold, and I was concerned to even brush my teeth with it. Had we been staying longer than just to sleep a few hours, I would have eaten the cost and went somewhere else instead.

Had visited the area for my high school reunion. This hotel was very close. Checkin was easy, beds were great, room was clean. The only complaint I has was the breakfast was very limited. They had eggs but there was no sausage or bacon or even biscuits to go with it. But they had pastries and yogurt. It was just a very limited offering

The bathroom was substandard with broken tiles and caulking that was unclean around the tub area.

The young man that checked us in was so pleasant. As a matter of fact, all of the staff we encountered were wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was clean. The only thing I had an issue with was that the bath tub did not drain as you showered. Standing in water above your ankles while showering is pretty gross.

The staff were excellent! The room that we were in was felt very damp. Water pressure in the shower was weak. Could not regulate the air conditioner was either too hot or too cold, which caused the dampness in the room. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by an homeless person right outside the door of the lobby.
