Really enjoyed the layout of the room. Separate spacious sitting area with recliner (broken) and sofa bed. Nice size tv as well. Queen bedroom that had doors to close off from kitchen/sitting area. Bed was comfortable. Vanity area with seating in bedroom as well! Tv in bedroom as well. Bathroom was separate from bedroom. It was out by kitchen area. Very cold AC in both sitting area as well as bedroom. Very spacious.
If all Candlewoods are set up such as this, this will be our new go to as we travel.

Property is in bad need of cleaning and repairs. The mattress was the worst. The room was clean but the elevator was naughty and the floor had duct tape on it holding the flooring down. Just dirty

Tv wasn’t connected had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come fix it. Toilet float wasn’t working properly. Took 20 minutes for water to get hot in shower. Front desk person did a great job but she needs some extra help she’s doing too many roles.

Front desk was very friendly and efficient. The room was clean but had water stains on the ceiling and soap dispenser was coming off the wall. So needs updating. When I made the reservation said last Queen room left at the price. There were only 7 cars in the parking lot both in the evening and next morning so I doubt that. Made the reservation a month in advance and rooms were cheaper the day of arrival. So the value definitely wasn’t there.

The hotel was very clean, front desk very polite, room was nice because there was a full fridge , burners and microwave. Bed was very comfortable.

Checked in, room smelled like someone died in it. Asked for a new room and they lied and said none was available. Went to take a shower and no hot water. Complained so they sent a maintenance man to check it. Then never said a word to me so I thought it was fixed. Went to take a shower again no hot water refuse to move me after covering water. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they still refused to take responsibility. Sent up another maintenance guy to check the water. The maintenance man went in my room said you’re right there’s no hot water and it’s barely coming out and then told the front desk that everything was fine. Incompetent manager and staff. Finally on my 5 th day offered to change room. Walked into room to check it out and it smelled worse and lo and behold a roach on the wall. They refused to comp my room. Called Health Department and they are investigating. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY! Disgusting, trash everywhere outside and on dog run. I am not done with this. I am going to continue and take this as far as I can take it including a lawyer completely unacceptable accommodations. I have been in hospitality for over 27 years and I have never experienced such discussed in my life.

There was a cute little baby deer in the field by the back parking area… it was also surprisingly friendly and knowledgeable about the area! Don’t let all the law enforcement cars parked in the parking lot be of concern; they are only using the parking lot as their training facility is located near by. I had a lovely stay and was allowed a late check out. <3!! =^.^=
