This property is average. We "splurged" and got a room with a balcony which was a joke. Not only was it a shared balcony, but there wasn't even a couple of chairs to be able to sit and enjoy morning coffee or a late glass of wine. Also, no view from this balcony.
There's a business next door to the right when you walk out the front door and there was always a group of people just hanging out and smoking. Can't control the public, so obviously not the hotel's fault, but a minor annoyance when coming and going.

Pros- helpful friendly staff, they let me check in a little early and out a little later.
Very clean room, comfortable bed, great shower. Mini fridge.
