Joan at the front desk was very nice. I love her energy. I love the way she interacts with the guests. I came in town for a concert and glad I chose this hotel because she has great customer service- such a beautiful soul. The hotel was was very clean and the room was nice. Will definitely be back

Enjoyable stay, great location, friendly staff, clean… the property next store to the property was a little sketchy…. No issues, I would stay again

The property is excellent. The only complaint I have is not being made aware of the motel/ hotel next door to them. Our room view we seen the prostitution going on etc. But the actual hotel is close to everything. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay over all.

I liked the professional staff. I did not like how many people are roaming the streets there.

Customer service was excellent. The agents at the hotel were very knowledgeable and friendly. My room was exceptionally clean and the view from the 5th floor window was gorgeous. The dining area was clean and the food was great. All in all, one of the best stays in the last 5 years.

If I could give this location 20stars I would. The place was well kept and the staff was sooo attentive. I did not encounter any issues except I wanted more tea in the room 😋 (they gave me more) Great job to the staff and the management team.

I very much appreciate that when i arrived several hours earlier than the official check-in time, the desk manager accomodated me and got me into a room early.
As someone who travel alot, i also appreciate the level of cleanliness of the hotel room, imparticular, the bathroom.

Chef E cooked the food, and it was even more impressive. From Eric to Liz to Chef E, they made our horrible travel experience BETTER with their friendliness and good conversations.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area.

Amazing. The bathroom door in 406 does not close. Slides back when closed. Held it in place with a wash clothes. I should have notified the hotel.
Otherwise, clean, serene and cozy. Hotel staff were great.
