State of the art hotel and amenities; the fully automated access gates and elevators sometimes could be a hassle. Meeting facilities are excellent. Breakfast options and room service are of good quality but limited in variety.

I had a one-night stay here due to a weather-delayed flight. Beautiful, modern facility with great security and a friendly, helpful staff fluent in English. Room was quite affordable. The hotel adjoins a large shopping mall with great eating options. Highly recommended.

Although this was a nice hotel, it was not up to the standards we are accustomed to in Paraguay. We arrived very early in the morning and the lobby was not staffed and all the lights were out. The hotel has no bell service and lacks amenities such as free coffee in the room or body lotion, that are standard in other hotels. The staff was friendly, but they simply weren't as friendly and helpful as other hotels we have stayed in in Asuncion. In addition, we had problems with the TV controls. At first they simply did not work. We had to have maintenance come three times before we finally got them to work - more or less. Breakfast was average with very little variety - same thing every day. It is, however, very conveniently located right next to a major shopping mall.

Everything was ok, its a perfect place to stay

very modern hotel, located in a great place (connected to the newest mall and restaraunt area in the country)

I stay here often. They have almost everything I need with kitchenette. Some rooms are set up a little differently then others and have different amenities.

This hotel is not customer friendly. The parking is a mess to find, no clear directions on how to get to the hotel parking and front desk. Elevators take a slecial kind of gift to figure out. The only good part of this hotel is that its attached to the mall.

Suitable as office space but not as a hotel room... you can't open a window to air the place, internet was erratcic, the fridge wasn't working, the breakfast is in a next door shop (go get it at a fraction of the price) and consists of some bread varieties and coffee.... the kitchen is not equipped.... it is clean though.... and location is fine too....
