This property is special in its own unique way. It was comforting, beautiful and safe. The property has a buzzer system along with cameras and the property is well lit at night, in fact it is the prettiest property on the street both at day and night.
I want to say thank you especially to the hotel manager who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. His hospitality is unmatched and his staff was just as exceptional.
This property is definitely a must stay.

the uniqueness about this property is the manager of the hotel and the staff. i felt very secure with the tips they gave me about exchange money, best places to go and best places to stay when outside Havana. the rooms in the hotel are beautiful and quiet. i will stay there again and recommend to my friends!

The customer service was outstanding and friendly, especially Osvaldo. A very unique property with an artistic theme, with very good breakfast and drinks. I didn't have a Cuban cell plan and they helped me set up some rides and gave me restaurant recommendations. If you haven't traveled to Cuba before and don't know what to expect in general, Artehotel really helps you get settled in and figure out how to get around and get along.

This is the property of famous Cuban actress Laura de la Uz, and it features art and culture themed rooms. The colonial house is beautiful, exceptionally clean, quiet, and in a very good location, and the staff is by far the best I have ever met

Lovely staff. Nice breakfast and additional services offered. Claudia in particular was very helpful when we had a problem with our taxi to Trinidad.Plenty of decent restaurants close by.

Friendly staffs and helpful for traveling and transportation arrangements. The hotel is a bit far from most of the attractions and a little bit pricy overall.
We didn’t have hot water for the 1st night after a long flight to Cuba and the room doesn’t have shampoo and conditioner provide which was pretty disappointing.
Overall, the hotel is very cozy with friendly staff. However, I feel the hotel can improve on adding some necessary amenities for the guests especially for the price they charge.

Very kind staff and a lovely little hotel in a safe neighbourhood. Very nice breakfast and easy to get a taxi to old Havana. Walk to the center is approximately 45 min, nice to cross te differnt neighberhoods of Havana

Location, Physical Condition and Staff service were great. I was disappointed however not to receive complimentary water the 2nd of our 2 night stay. There was water for sale but at a cost much higher than the cost of water in the supermarket.

Breakfast and cocktails on the "patio" with windows open and breezes blowing. We will definitely stay here again. The Vedado area was once the very fashionable part of town to live in. The remains of these mansions are clearly visible, some in beautiful condition, others sadly crumbling. The main attractions of Havana are a taxi or bus ride away. The hotel is happy to arrange transportation for their guests. A true gem!!
