Our room was very clean and comfy. We were very close to U of AZ where we were visiting. The rooftop deck/pool/bar was aesthetically pleasing. The food and drinks were delicious. The hotel was easily walking distance to the shops and restaurants.

I would definitely stay at the Graduate hotel again. It is in a great location near the campus, Main Gate Square, and the Sun Link tram. The hotel was clean and quiet. Highly recommend if visiting the U of A or downtown Tucson.

I was notified upon arrival the air conditioning was out. It was not fixed during my stay, in July in over 115 degree heat. I felt this was unacceptable.

They forgot to clean our room one day and we had to call for clean towels. Breakfast is a coffee bar and a couple of sandwiches for sale. Close to campus and amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay at the graduate but I didn't give them all five stars because the air conditioning was not working for almost an entire day while we were visiting. We managed and they did provide us with a reasonable accommodation for our experience. I would certainly stay again. The bar and bartenders are awesome on the rooftop bar.
