Hôtel was clean very friendly staff In reception. We were able to leave or luggage before check in which is helpful. Only thing we were not able to cool our room to a comfortable temperature did not see a remote for the a/c. Other than that a great stay great location

The property is in a good area, the rooms where expected based on the stars. However, the access is quite difficult since the front door got us stuck and the staff was not very helpful. Overall based on the reviews everything else was as expected.

A very unique compact double walking straight into the bathroom before the bedroom to maximise space Disappointing no tea or coffee in room Understand no air con as old building so had doors to Juliet balcony open but was very noisy as works happening right outside Reception friendly, helpful with city pass and map and spoke English we appreciated Found I had a lot of messages prior to and on the day to ask about arrival time after replying each time I found this a lot as was a busy work trip and this was a stopover to experience Geneva before coming home Great central location I would stay again but hope the points can be taken

The location is good. Close to the city center. Walking time is 10 mins. The hotel is close to a meter parking lot where space is easily found. Staff is friendly. The room is small. Bathroom is small and not clean. Only 1 power socket is provided. Basin and taps not fixed. Bath drain clogged.

Eary check in at 1300. Staff was freindly, room was clean, and had air conditioning.

This place was great. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy. Keep in mind, that it is a very old building in a historic area. Some modern comforts/conveniences, like central air conditioning and a large bathroom, are, rightly, not present.

The customer service here was the best. It’s a little bit of a walk to anything but especially to any good food options. No view to speak of from our room but just a couple blocks to the lake. Beds were clean, comfortable and the air conditioning worked!
