Excellent check-in by host, roomy apartment with all necessities supplied. Check out beyond easy. So close to main train station and shopping arcades. Hamburg an amazing city. We could not be happier.

The apartment was rather dark as the only window was located in the bedroom. Upon arrival we found the bathroom hadn't been cleaned very well, however, they responded very kindly and we received a breakfast box for the next day. Unfortunately, no one came by to clean the bathroom afterwards as they had promised. Presence of dishwasher and washing machine was very nice.

We had a fantastic stay in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. With two small children, the apartment was perfect for our needs - it was quiet, with comfortable beds in separate bedrooms, and a very handy kitchen area with everything we could need should we wish to eat in. The apartment was extremely clean and well stocked in terms of small things like shampoo, shower gel and washing up liquid. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful as well, especially when our young son had a small accident and we required medical assistance - they went above and beyond to assist, for which we were very grateful. This was our first trip abroad as a family and overall, we had a fantastic stay.

Loved it - it was very clean and very close to the train station but very quiet despite that. Very close to many beautiful restaurants and sightseeing locations, easy access to shopping and grocery stores.

Great place to stay. Central and close to almost everything. Apartment in good condition and very clean. But one huge thing made our stay quite uncomfortable: Pillows were very bad and made all of us waking up with sore necks. Now extra pillows in the room, so not much to do - But ina place like this you expect high quliaty pillows which was not the case.
