Lovely hotel in the centre of the tourist area of Porto. Comfy but compact room. Extremely clean. Nice bar with attached Italian restaurant & very helpful staff.

Very pleasant stay. We visited the Portobay Teatro for my fiancé’s big birthday. I consider er were very well received, the roome was nice and cozy, even fancy. And breakfast was of good quality.. and extra props for sparkling. Nice touch!

The property was styled in attractive modern style, but items not always well placed in the bathroom- for example counter space near sink very small. Very good breakfast. Staff extremely helpful. Great location. Good value.

The staff were exceptional and the restaurant was excellent, so good we ate there 3 nights of our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

Nice room, huge bed. Had some issues with hot water in the shower, but not a major problem.

Very nice property. Weird that bathroom didn’t have a door to separate the bathroom from the bedroom. Beds comfortable and room was comfortable.

Pictures incredibly misleading. Bathroom was disgusting. All doors were glass, would slam--not stay open/closed. AC did not work AT ALL. When complained, hotel did nothing. This was an absolutely terrible experience.

Our room was modern and a decent size. It looked out into an air shaft, which was a pity, but at least it meant the room was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good, although cooked items were tepid at best. Easy walking distance to shopping streets, riverside abd railway station.

Spent 4 nights here & we had everything we needed; asked for oat milk & it was delivered straight to our room & still water was replenished every day. Room was spacious & thoroughly cleaned every day. All staff were very attentive & helpful.
Only downsides were that we had to use towel holders for our dresses & as a couple of friends, would have preferred the bathroom area to have had a main door from the room.
However, we had a great stay & would highly recommend.

The hotel is well located near to the old town and in easy walking distance of the cathedral, market and train station. The staff made us feel welcome at arrival and our room was lovely as pictured and immaculately clean. There were nice welcome touches of artisan chocolates and fresh fruit in the room as well as a coffee machine with coffee pods.
We didn't eat breakfast but ate in the restaurant which has an italian style menu. The food was good and reasonably priced.
