Good value for money. Friendly staff, reception, cleaners, waiters and porters. Thankyou guys abd girls. Great views and location. Comfortble beds. Good variety at the breakfast buffet. Strong wifi. Did not dine here as we were out most of the time. We parked our rental bikes in basement free if charge.

A nice hotel with great location. Our view was awesome looking over the bridge and water. Food options, money exchange and a great market near by. Staff are accommodating and I love the coffee shop right below us. Room are standard but clean and nice. Massage places next door make it very convenient. Would recommend this place and will come back when I am there again.

The room was so nice and the view of the river was my favourite view of any hotel ever. I could see the dragon bridge, but really I just wanted to stay awake all night watching the boats on the river. I loved it.

Friendly staffs, easy check out and they gave us breakfast box for our early morning flight. Best view of the river at night , good location , walkable distance to Han market , restaurants , spas . Coffee shop on the ground floor is very good as well. Definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Room was spacious but the balcony was standing room only.
If you like to run like I do then you can just cross the street and run along the river front for miles.

She was very helpful and offers assistance. Excellent and keep up with your good job ! One exceptional experience was that I was checking if bathroom has conditioner, she noted my request and a min after I got my hair conditioner (small twin pack Dove conditioner was sent right away. Impressive n prompt service rendered. Thank you for the kind gesture to VI ( if I got the names spelt correctly and all the hotel staffs. We will visit Danang again n our hotel choice for our family trip.

Note: the bathroom while clean, does not have a shower door, so after a bath the floor around toilet remains wet.

My partner has a food poisoning after eating the breakfast. Not a 4 star hotel. We check out early and move to another hotel as we couldn’t cope with staying in this place
