We arrived late 1am 8/27. The room was very small. One light beside the bed, the light bulb was burned out, very inconvenient. The hotel clerk could not find lightbulbs. There we're two of us and only one coffee cup, non water cups. The hot tub was out of order, heater broken. This is not a 3 star hotel. Well below Hampton Inn Standards.

Hotel was fine a new build everything was clean just overall very small hotel not much space in hallways. room was very cramped!

Sadly for $177 and or $193 after taxes… would’ve much rather had stayed at another hotel in the area. Upon arrival we were greeted with panic among staff as the entire computer system had crashed “globally” thus leaving staff to unlock rooms and we never received room keys, to follow up with no internet, and very spotty TV signal…we were looking forward to enjoying the hot tub during our stay but as we enter the pool/hot tub area we were aggressively greeted by evening staff lady who told us that the pool area closes at 10pm. Since all of the other amenities weren’t available they still proceeded to close the pool and hot tub at 10pm crisp. This was our first and last time ever staying at a Hampton. Room was clean but extremely small, making the shower also very small. Breakfast was subpar, and we were fortunate to have meet 2 kind staff members one who was a few days new and another the morning of check out who had been here awhile she said. Super generous and genuine, however other staff members were rude, and looked and acted as if they absolutely hated their jobs. Hopefully this will help others determine whether this is a good stay/fit for them. For us it was not.

It’s right off the Internet- next to a big truck stop, so easy access but not easy to go out for a meal. The nearest decent restaurant is the City Limits Grill , at the next exit from the freeway to the west. Otherwise a good, typical chain accommodation

Put us in the room at far end of hotel, said back door and parking there. Door would not open. Told front desk. They said sometimes it’s fussy…………….

This is our favorite hotel to saty in we stay here often. The updates to the rooms are nice. Now they just need to clean the rooms better. The long hair all over the shower walls was the worst part about it.

Very clean rooms and breakfast options were great. The pool and hot tub were being renovated, but nothing was on their website for customers to know that info.
