The parking lot was the only thing I found good about this hotel. That should tell you something. I would have been better off saving my nearly $200 and stayed in a truck stop for free in my vehicle. At least that would have been almost as nice.

The staff was rude and anything inside the hotel sucked. The first room I was given had an issue with the refrigerator and was super loud and the room phone when I tried to call down to the front desk didn't work, so I had to take all my belongings and put them back on the cart and go to the front desk to request another room. The manager then informed me that breakfast on weekends starts at 7am. I told her who starts breakfast for travelers at 7am? Her response was that is the way we have done it here for months now. Needless to say, NO FREE breakfast for me. I know what a great hotel is like, because I stayed in a HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS the night before that perfect. Just take a look at my view from my room; a cut corn field. HUM?

Overall the facility was convenient, clean and comfortable if somewhat worn. +

The pool was filthy. It appeared that the filtering hadn't been run all day--sediment on the pool bottom, cloudy water. Swimming is important to me when I travel for my physical well-being. The small size was disappointing. I did swim because I could shower afterwards.

The employees were friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room was clean, the lobby was clean, hallways were clean, pool & hot tub were clean & both were at optimal temperatures. Breakfast was great, too. I’d give this hotel a 10/10. Great stay!

The location was good for what we wanted for the final leg of our vacation. Breakfast was more than adequate, it was good.
